Cookies
No advertising or analytics cookies here — just the two the sign-in cannot work without.

Why there is no consent banner
Consent is required for cookies the service could work without: analytics, advertising, embedded widgets and maps. We have none of those, so there is nothing to ask about.
Strictly necessary cookies — the ones without which an action you asked for cannot happen — need no consent. We have exactly two, and both appear only if you decide to sign in.
Cookies this site sets
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime | When it appears |
|---|---|---|---|
sid | Remembers that you are signed in and shows your library | 30 days | after signing in with Google |
oauth_flow | Protects the sign-in against a forged request | 10 minutes | during the trip to Google, then deleted |
Both are HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax: page scripts cannot read them and another site cannot send them.
Settings kept in your browser
A few preferences live in your browser's local storage. These are not cookies: they are never sent to the server and nobody but you can see them.
| Key | What it remembers |
|---|---|
flatprint.rail | whether the left rail is collapsed |
flatprint.lang | the language you chose — the root opens in it |
flatprint.printer | the printer bed you picked |
flatprint.autosave | whether models are saved to the library automatically |
flatprint.donate | when the support dialog was last shown to you |
They are cleared along with site data in your browser settings.
Cookies of other sites
There is not a single third-party script on our pages. But two journeys leave for other sites, where their rules apply:
- signing in — on Google's pages;
- paying a donation — on Stripe's page.
We get no access to their cookies, and they get none to ours.
How to avoid them
Simply do not sign in — then the site sets no cookies at all. Uploading, computing a model, downloading, the catalogue and the try-on all work signed out.
Cookies already set can be removed in your browser settings; you will just be signed out.
