Who runs the service

StudioMerch.ART is run by Peter's Engineering — ptrs.ltd, Poland.

Write to us at ceo@ptrs.ltd. We reply by email, usually within a few days and never later than fourteen.

What you agree to by using it

By opening the service and uploading an image you accept these terms. If something here does not suit you, simply do not use the service — there is nothing to delete afterwards, because without signing in we store nothing about you.

The service is free

Everything is free: uploading a drawing, computing the model, downloading 3MF and STL, the catalogue, the T-shirt try-on and the printer bed picker. There are no paid plans, no trial period and no download counter.

Donations are voluntary and change nothing. Details: Donations and refunds.

Your account

An account exists for one purpose only — to save models to your personal library. Everything else works without one.

Signing in goes through Google; we never see or store your password. You can delete the account from your account page: saved models and collections go with it.

You must be at least sixteen to create an account.

What you may upload

Your own drawings and photos, and other people's work if you have the right to use it.

You may not upload:

• someone else's artwork, logos or trade marks without permission;
• sexual imagery involving minors;
• material inciting hatred or violence;
• anything unlawful in the country you are using the service from.

Whoever uploads a file is responsible for it. We do not screen images in advance — they live on the server for minutes — but we act on a substantiated complaint.

Rights to the result

In short: your drawing stays yours, and so does the model you get. In full: Rights and licence.

The service is provided as is

We do our best to produce a correct model, but we do not guarantee that a drawing will be traced accurately, that the model will print without defects, or that the site will always be available.

We may change the service, pause it or shut it down. If we close it, we will say so on the site as far in advance as we can.

Computed results stay on the server for no longer than thirty minutes. Download your files right away or save them to your library — the result link is short-lived.

Printing is on you

A 3D printer, a heat press and an iron are hot; plastic, parchment and fabric all behave differently. The temperature, pressure and dwell time are your choice.

We are not liable for a ruined garment, damaged equipment or injury. Test on a scrap of fabric first, not on your favourite shirt.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect damage arising from use of the service.

This limit does not apply to intent or gross negligence, and it does not affect consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Fair use of the service

Do not spoil it for others: no bulk automated uploads, no working around the file-size and rate limits, no attempts to reach other people's results, and no load that takes the server down.

If your traffic gets in other people's way, we may restrict access.

Changes to these terms

A new version is published on this page with a new date. Material changes are not retroactive: whatever you have already done is governed by the version in force at the time.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Poland.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country still apply to you. A dispute can be taken to the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
